The registration period expired
Prospective applicants must fill in the Application Form by June 15, 2019 July 1, 2019. The admission to the SSNR2019 will be decided upon a selection made by the Steering Committee based on the short abstract and CV submitted in the registration form. Earlier registrations will be given priority.
EARLY APPLICATIONS:
Applications received before May 1, 2019 June 1, 2019 will be given priority. The Steering Committee will select a first group among these early applications. Selected participants will be notified by May 15, 2019 June 5, 2019 and the registrations must be completed before June 15, 2019 July 1, 2019.
REGULAR APPLICATIONS:
Remaining positions will be allocated among the rest of applications received until June 15, 2019 July 1, 2019. Notification of the acceptance will be made by July 1, 2019 July 5, 2019 and the registrations must be completed before August 1, 2019.
CONTRIBUTIONS:
It is mandatory to provide a title and abstract in the Application Form. Authors will present their work (poster or oral presentations depending on the decision of the scientific committee) during the last two days.
After the selection process of the SSNR2019, participants will be given the possibility to send full contributions (2-page abstracts) that will be included in the Proceedings. Templates will be published soon. The deadline for sending the full contributions is August 31, 2019.
